NUHAUS Service Agreement

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between This Is NUHAUS LLC (“NUHAUS,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (“Client”) as of the date of acceptance below.

1. Scope of Services

NUHAUS provides in-home cleaning and home wellness ritual services, including but not limited to The Reset, The Refresh, Mattress Refresh, and selected Enhancements, as outlined on our website or booking confirmation.

All services are performed using the NUHAUS Method, which emphasizes purification through steam, closed HEPA filtration, and botanical formulations. Services are non-invasive, surface-focused, and designed to restore balance and calm — not to repair, alter, or restore materials.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  • Ensure safe, unobstructed access to the property during the scheduled service window

  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items

  • Inform NUHAUS in advance of any surface sensitivities, material restrictions, or known allergies

  • Provide access to electrical outlets and water as required for service

3. Liability & Safety

While NUHAUS takes the utmost care in every service, Client acknowledges that NUHAUS is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage, defects, or normal wear on surfaces, fixtures, or furnishings

  • Damage resulting from undisclosed or improper materials (including, but not limited to, non-sealed wood, delicate finishes, or non-standard treatments)

  • Injury to pets or persons remaining in the home during service

NUHAUS maintains general liability insurance and bonding for standard protection.

4. Payment & Cancellations

  • A valid credit card is required to book and will be securely held on file.

  • Payment is processed automatically upon service completion. NUHAUS specialists do not accept payment on site.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to modify or cancel an appointment.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a 50% service charge.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours, or failure to provide access, are subject to the full service amount.

5. Confidentiality & Respect

NUHAUS operates with discretion and respect for client privacy.
No photography, audio, or video recording will be taken inside the home without prior written consent.

6. Completion & Finality

Each service concludes with a NUHAUS completion ritual to ensure the space has been fully tended to and restored to a state of calm.

When clients are present, a brief, optional walkthrough may be offered.
When clients are away or unavailable, services will be completed and sealed in their absence.

Once the NUHAUS specialist departs the property, the service is considered complete and fulfilled.

7. Agreement & Acceptance

By booking a NUHAUS service and selecting “I Agree,” Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
